Task Teams

Task Teams are formed to undertake a specific, often time-bound activity, which will contribute to achieving the IBP workplan, to act as a "think tank," and/or to undertake country-based activities.

The IBP Strategic Plan 2011-2016 outlines a dual purpose strategy; to strengthen the functionality of the consortium (inward looking focus) as well as enhance in-country efforts of consortium members (outward looking focus). IBP’s ability to achieve the results set forth in the strategic plan hinges upon the active participation of a wide range of IBP Members. IBP bodies (i.e., Consortium, Secretariat, Chair, Steering Committee and Task Teams) work from a common agenda to achieve the results laid out in this plan.

Currently IBP convenes the following task teams:

Fostering Change for Scale-up

High Impact Practices

Knowledge Management

Latin America and Caribbean

Monitoring and Evaluation

Resource Mobilization

Training Resource Package
